Brandy Walton, MS
Assistant Professor of Business
Brandy Walton joined the College of Business as a visiting assistant professor of business in 2023. She arrived as a familiar face on campus, having worked as an adjunct faculty member in the business program in the 2022-23 academic year.
She’s also served as an adjunct faculty member teaching business courses at Portland Community College for the past 12 years, and has taught in the same capacity at Warner Pacific University since 2008. Her previous experience includes working as an outside sales consultant for a commercial HVAC company (2004-05), as a senior enrollment counselor for Warner Pacific University’s Adult Degree Program (2005-08), as the office manager for a custom home builder (2008-13), as an adjunct at Eastern Oregon University (2014-17), and as a business consultant with Paradigm Swift (2018-19).
Walton's areas of expertise include team building, organizational change, communication, sales, and time management. She earned a master’s degree in management and organizational leadership from Warner Pacific University in 2008 and holds a bachelor’s degree in social science from California State University San Marcos (2005).
Brandy lives in Happy Valley with her husband Bret and their four children, Tyler, Kate, Bella and Luke. They attend Good Shepherd Community Church in Boring. She enjoys wake surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, snowboarding, working out at Barre3, reading, volunteering and traveling.
